I recently had a wonderful stay at a hotel in Tunisia that exceeded my expectations. The first thing that impressed me was the value for money. I paid a great price for my stay, especially considering the location. The hotel is situated right on the beach, offering stunning views and easy access to the sand and sea. The staff were incredibly attentive and provided excellent service throughout my stay. I was especially impressed with the attention to detail, as my room was basic but kept very clean every day. I loved the little balcony overlooking the front garden, where I could relax with a glass of fresh lime juice. Plus, the breakfast at the poolside cafe was a delicious start to each day.
All in all, my experience at this hotel was top-notch.

From the moment I arrived, the receptionist took care of me in the best way possible. He arranged everything for me, from a taxi to the new Medina to a taxi to the airport. The ChiChu animator was incredibly friendly and made my stay even more enjoyable. The waiters were always smiling and warm, creating a pleasant atmosphere. The hotel location was fantastic, with easy access to the beautiful beach and close proximity to shops in the Hammamet area. Additionally, the cleanliness of the room was impeccable, and the chamber maids were very helpful. I also appreciated the free tennis facility and the great laundry service.
No issues.

The hotel is located right on the beach, offering direct access to the beautiful shoreline. The rooms, although basic, are kept very clean everyday and come equipped with air conditioning for maximum comfort. I was pleasantly surprised by the attention to detail, as I was greeted with a refreshing glass of fresh lime juice upon arrival. Additionally, breakfast at the poolside cafe was a delightful way to start the day.
All was satisfactory and met my expectations.

The beach was beautiful, and there were plenty of free watersports to enjoy. the pool area was well-maintained, and there were plenty of sun loungers. the food was good, with a varied selection of dishes to choose from.
The rooms were dated and in need of renovation, and the air conditioning was unreliable. the staff were generally unfriendly and unhelpful, and the hotel was located in a rather dull area with not much to see or do outside of the resort.

Had a great time during new year at this hotel. Enjoyed the variety of food options and the fact that drinks were served all day long without having to get up. loved the beach area with free windsurfing and pedallos. The hotel is located in a quiet area but taxis are cheap and it was easy to get to the town center or other places of interest.
The rooms were basic and could have used a fridge. Some of the evening shows were hit-and-miss, with some being great and others being truly awful.
